Ultra Seam Flush Panel system creates a smooth flat surface for a finished look on gable walls and soffit.  Horizontal flanges of 1-1/8” or 1 ½” seams interlock and provide attachment surfaces for concealed fasteners.  The panel seams combined with attachment flanges strengthen the panel to provide broad spanning capacity. The continuous length panels come with options vents.

• ASTM E-1646-95 water penetration tested
• U.S. Army Corps of Engineers approved

US-100FP on a soffit application where the panels are curving along two axis.  The complexity of this project necessitated the manufacture and assembly of the soffit system in the U.S. Metals facility, disassembled, transported to the job site then reassembled in place.
