U.S. Metals has been manufacturing quality standing seam metal roofing in Colorado for 20 years.  Our process for ordering materials is simple and effective.

Roofing & Siding

New construction:

• Provide U.S. Metals with architectural drawings
• Provide U.S. Metals with written specifications

Existing construction:

• Provide U.S. Metals with a drawn roof outline including:
•     Roof slope (example 5:12, rise over run)
•     Roof plan including hips, valleys and equipment
•     Location and dimensions of roof penetrations, such            as chimneys, vents, etc.
•     Type of eave, plumb or square (plumb to earth or square to the roof slope)
•     Height of fascia
•     Soffit dimensions
•     Special requirements such as UL or ASTM 1592E wind uplift or UL penetration ratings

Upon receipt of the necessary information U.S. Metals will design the system most appropriate for your conditions and prepare a formal price quote.  Upon your approval and deposit we will put your project into production and provide you with a date that your flashing package will be available for pick up.  When either you or your roofer finish installing the flashing package provide us with a panel cut list and we will schedule delivery of your roofing panels.
