Unsurpassed Performance

U.S. Metals fabricates its Kynar® 500 and Hylar® 5000 coated metal roofs out of 24 gage steel that are resistant to inclement weather such as high wind, hail and heavy snow loads. The roofs are available with UL and ASTM ratings for air & water penetration and wind uplift and are Miami-Dade County approved. U.S. Metals fabricates all of its standing seam roofing panels, trim, flashings and other architectural details out of prime grade metals. 

Mechanically seamed standing seam metal roof profiles are the most popular and are the most robust relative to the environmental conditions experienced in the rocky mountain region.  Additionally, the mechanically seamed profiles are appropriate for low-slope applications (slopes less than 3:12).  U.S. Metals' Standing seam profiles include:

U.S. Metals manufactures five popular standing seam metal roofing (SSMR) profiles, including two inch mechanically seamed, one and one-half inch mechanically seamed, one and three-quarters inch snap seamed and one and one-half inch snap seamed SSMR profiles.    U.S. Metals also manufactures flush panels for soffit and flush wall systems

U.S. Metals manufactures its standing seam panels in continuous lengths eliminating the need for transverse seams.  Additionally, U.S. Metals expertly curves and tapers its one and one-half inch mechanically seamed panel for any application requiring these techniques such as barrel roofs, radial dormers, bay windows and conical roofing features.  A U.S. Metals SSMR system will not limit your architectural creativity.

All of U.S. Metals’ SSMR and flush panel systems have undergone rigorous testing for wind uplift, air infiltration, water infiltration, impact resistance and fire resistance.  These systems are available with UL and ASTM designations and project specific engineering reports are available.

U.S. Metals offers complete custom fabrication services for distinctive projects. Gutter systems, copper entry canopies, bay window covers, stove hoods, and just about anything else you can imagine.  U.S. Metals, LLC fabricates a in a variety of materials: copper, zinc, weathering steel (cold-rolled steel also generically known as CORTEN), titanium, Galvalume®, and the popular and durable Kynar 500® and Hylar5000® coatings in colors from Drexel Metals Corporation, Englert and Coated Metals Group.  U.S. Metal's craftsmen can produce a full array of accessories such as conductor heads, decorative downspout attachment straps, copper bay window covers and hoods.  Over the past 20 years, U.S. Metals has crafted many of these. In many cases these can be fabricated and shipped for installation by a pair of workers with handyman skills.
